Meditation
Meditation is total being.
Total being is difficult to realize.
Initially, we "sit" as an understanding of meditation. Following the breath, then relaxing the body, then quieting our thinking or following a guided talk - these dynamics are the seed of beingness.
From our seed of beingness, roots, stems, leaves, and flowers grow. Eventually, they become one non-thing. One non-thing-ness is total being.
Maybe you should sit?

Take Your Place
There is an endpoint where we realize we are good and worthy. Having not arrived, we struggle for affirmation.
Fully live your goodness. Be yourself. Do not be discouraged.
Being you, enlightenment is.
It is OK not being perfect. Imperfection gives us deep understanding, compassion, and acceptance. No one is perfect. Enlightenment is imperfect, too.
