It is hard to deny that natural sleep is the best type of sleep. Using alcohol or drugs to "knock yourself out" does not lead to good, natural sleep and usually leaves the person groggy and drowsy the next day. This is better than getting no sleep at all, but when you do this for long periods of time it leads to problems in mental state as well as dependency on a drug to fall asleep. If you have been taking a sleep medication for a long period of time, use alcohol to sleep or any other recreational drug switching to natural sleep can be very difficult at first but will be worth it in the long term. If you are experiencing insomnia and are considering the use of a powerful drug to get to sleep you should look at your other options first. Improvements in diet and increasing physical activity are the simplest ways to combat insomnia, but the last that many people consider. It is of course easier to simply take a pill, but as I said this does not result in natural sleep. If you do not have time for more exercise, cannot afford an improvement in diet or if these things didn't work for you, you can take a natural supplement for natural sleep. These are far more mild than pharmaceuticals, do not have negative side effects and do not leave you feeling drowsy during the day.

Herbal sleep aids have been available for a long time, but it is only recently that they have become a popular alternative to prescription drugs. It is a shame that many people who do not need pharmaceuticals are still using them when herbal sleep aids are effective, and much safer. Taking prescription sleep aids over a long period of time will inevitably lead to dependency, and when you stop taking them the rebound insomnia can be far worse than it was to begin with. The withdrawal symptoms can be far worse than that, shakes, sweats and other things accompany them; herbal sleep aids of course have none of these withdrawal symptoms, because they do not have addiction and dependency issues to begin with. It is also important to note that herbal sleep aids do not have side effects like daytime drowsiness either, and do not lead to coordination problems or impairment, just good natural sleep.

Xanax comes with a lot of risks and negative side effects, and buying Xanax online only adds an entire heap of new risks and dangers. You have no idea what you are getting, where it is coming from or the doses of your order of Xanax online. Even with a prescription ordering Xanax online can be illegal, especially if you are importing it from another country. This is most often the case when you order Xanax online, and you can't always tell what country it is coming from; meds bought in Canada generally meet health and safety standards, but the same definitely cannot be said about drugs from Mexico and South America. You should save yourself a whole lot of risks and legal problems and simply not order Xanax online. If Xanax is necessary for you, you should get it from a real pharmacy. However before turning to Xanax and other prescription drugs to deal with stress or get to sleep you should consider more natural approaches like self relaxation, cognitive therapy and herbal supplements.
