Thank you and I want to ADD: lately it seems to become stronger, bigger, more :

The energy -intake and the THOUGHTS we pick up from others;
Stay in your BUBBLE and take care of SELF, pls!

We are growing toward multidimensionality and it have it ups and downs. Don't let others drag you down, up front or in conversation. Listen carefully: are these MY thoughts, is this my energy, my sadness?

Maybe thoughts or energy isn't even YOURS but you are just receiving them from another person, THAT energy-receiving is becoming stronger!

What I do when I feel it's not MINE, not MY energy/thoughts etc is this:

I say OUTLOUD, as so that my EARS can HEAR ME:

I notice these thoughts are not mine. I send back to (*this person) these thoughts. I send back the energy. I cleanse myself.

Sometimes it takes more than just one time to say it.
When the energy is very negative/manipulating/dominant/satanic-alike,
I take a shower to rinse it all off and say affirmations like that, or what comes in my mind to say.
"Body symptoms" are: not being able to think straight, feelings like negativity, walking ungrounded, stomach pressure like need to vomit, having negative thoughts repeating itself, tiredness etc.

Upfront intake of energy: when the person isn't even around you, but i.e. on it's way to your home and all of the sudden you feel THINGS, pick up THOUGHTS, especially the negative/manipulating-ones, tiredness and such, you probably picked-up or taken-in "UPFRONT."

Most of the times you are RIGHT with a PART or ALL of the thinking and energy-waves entering your mind/body.

As we become LIGHTER ;-) we need to become stronger;
therefor we need to know what it is we "have" (am I normal or am I loosing it now) hehe
So I hope this little explanation is usefull to you and if you have questions about your experiences, pls ask them.
